Reclaim the hours spent manually reviewing your ad accounts. Discover insights tuned to your business.

Every plan starts with a 90-day account sync and a Catalyst Audit, grounded in your first-party data. From the second audit on, your Changelog joins in: the changes you've recorded and the outcomes they produced. The Trellis confidence core grades every recommendation against that history, and each audit gets sharper as the Changelog grows.

How Trellis measures up.

Trellis

Annual subscription

$169 – $419 / mo

Each Catalyst Audit reads your Datamart of first-party orders, the Changelog you record after each campaign change, and the trends across audits that came before. Every audit compounds on the one before it, so recommendations stay calibrated to your account.

Freelance audit

Per-engagement

$300 – $2,000

A single point-in-time review with a two-to-four-week turnaround. No Changelog ties the changes you make to what the next audit actually measured.

An in-house headcount whose hours are spread across audits, execution, reporting, and meetings. Recommendations land without a confidence floor.

Margin truth

See profit per campaign, not just revenue.

Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accept COGS uploads, but only to tune smart bidding, not to show you profit per campaign. Trellis applies your COGS in the audit, broken down by campaign and by product, in a written report you can read and defend.

Cross-checked

Platform conversions are a preview, not the full picture.

Every platform inflates, conflates, or over-counts. Trellis isn’t server-side attribution. It joins platform-reported conversions to your store’s orders, so the audit reads from the full picture, not the platform’s claim.

Confidence-gated

Recommendations earn their place above the threshold.

Every recommendation must clear the confidence threshold your data supports before it ships. Where the data can’t back a call, the audit stays quiet and holds the finding for monitoring instead of pushing a recommendation it can’t support.

Falsifiable

A recommendation with a flip condition, or none at all.

Each recommendation names a credible alternative the same data also supports, and the threshold that would change the call. The next audit holds it to that standard.

Outcome tracking

Every change you record tracks to its measured outcome.

The Changelog holds each change you record after making it on the ad platforms, then ties it to what the next audit measured.

One methodology, three vantage points.

Every audit reads the same foundation of first-party data and contribution margin, then answers the first question each role brings. Run ads yourself, and the audit tells you whether the account is paying for itself. Defend the budget to leadership, and recommendations come gated by the confidence core so the case for next month's move is already built when you walk in. Run Trellis audit after audit, and six months of trend rollup compounds into the next decision so each recommendation is sharper than the last. Each role takes back the hours that used to go into dashboards, and an audit they can act on.

If you're running ads yourself

How do I know if my campaigns are actually performing as well as they could?

Every plan opens with a Catalyst Audit that reads your order data and tells you, in plain English, whether each campaign earned its keep. The hours you'd spend digging through dashboards come back to you.

If you're answering to leadership

I can't see profit per campaign. I need rigor I can take to leadership.

Every recommendation passes a confidence gate before it ships, and every change you record in the Changelog ties to its measured outcome. When leadership asks why the budget moved, the audit is the answer.

If you run audits on a cadence

Every audit ends with a list of changes. The next audit starts from scratch.

Audits run on a schedule, and the Changelog stitches each audit to the next. After three audits, the confidence core can project budget impact. After six, recommendations are tuned to how your account actually responds, not to a generic benchmark.

Answers to the questions we hear most.

What counts as an audit?

One audit covers one connected ad account for one analysis window, typically a 14- or 30-day period. Core includes four audits a month; Cadence includes six; Pro includes eight. Each audit ships a written narrative report plus a structured recommendation set.

What's required to run my first audit?

At minimum, connect one ad account and provide your gross margin. Connecting Shopify is optional and adds attribution validation: cross-checking platform-reported conversions against the orders your store recorded. Account Sync runs on the demo data shipped with your workspace so you can read a finished audit before you connect anything live.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. You can change tiers anytime. Your workspace data and history carry forward, and billing details are handled in your subscription settings.

Does Trellis make changes to my ad accounts?

No. Trellis is read-only against the ad platforms you connect. Every recommendation is something you act on in the ad platform yourself. You record what you changed, and the next audit reads that record and measures the change against what happened after it.

Does Trellis automatically track the changes I make to my campaigns?

We don't make any changes to your ad platforms. As part of connecting integrations, you grant read access to your platform accounts. You record Changelog entries as you make changes to your account or import them from a Catalyst Audit. The following audit reads your Changelog, so each recommendation gets more tuned as your Changelog grows.

What's the difference between Core and Cadence?

Cadence adds a recurring rhythm to your audits: scheduled runs on a cadence you choose, six months of trend history, and an additional connected ad platform. Core is the right place to start if you'd rather run audits on demand. Cadence makes sense when you want the next decision grounded in the previous month's evidence.
